The Scope of Work is to evaluate business markets, develop and implement a co-ordinated slot, and develop and implement a new satellite and ground systems in order to establish a new operational satellite network in-orbit. This includes assistance in the provision of necessary training, licenses, insurance and export compliance needed to procure and launch an operational satellite in orbit. The key tasks of SintelSat Team on behalf of the customer are as follows:

• Support to slot co-ordination activities through supporting regulatory body, ITU and affected Administrations
