ITU, New York, Sept 18th, 2022 —

SintelSat’s CEO, Sanjay Singhal, had the opportunity to meet with the ITU team including the Secretary General elect Doreen Bogdan-Martin and Deputy SG elect Tomas Lamanauskas and Alex Wong, Chief, Special Initiatives, ITU at Twitter, New York along side the UNGA week.

“this event of the Coalition, held as a side event for the High-Level week of the UN 77th General Assembly, focused on the challenges and opportunities for digital transformation and digital inclusion, the role of digital cooperation and the importance of open standards and open content to enable a free and secure digital world for all”

The session had engaged governments, private sector, and civil society stakeholders in a discussion about these issues and included the announcement of pledges for P2C that would forge new partnerships for global digital transformation.
