Ku Band Satellite Earth Station Upgade for INTELSAT Remote Carrier Monitoring used for Indian Ocean Region Intelsat Satellite System. System integration included high precision Ku band waveguide couplers installed in the NEC roof top antenna, power meters, line amplifiers and integration with the INTELSAT provided monitoring system. Integration, testing and commissioning of the upgrade performed with careful planning and minimum downtime of less than couple of hours as the station was carrying international voice telephony, data and internet traffic.

Site upgrade was done at Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited’s Greater Kailash site in New Delhi, India
